Pre-Orders
If you placed your pre-order via Paypal, you can cancel for a refund as long it's within 55 (about 2 months) days of placing your order. Cancellations after this period will be charged 10% administration fee. However you will not be charge if it is due to Allack LTD not being able to fulfill your order.
Release dates are subjected to changes, as they are only projection given to us by third party distributors/manufactures. We shall endeavour to make sure the dates posted on the website reflects the latest publicly released information.
Returns Products
Returned products will only be accepted for return on the following conditions:
- All goods to be returned are the responsibility of the customer at
his/her expense and must be done so within 7 working days.
- You must provide original receipt or proof of purchase. Alternatively
you may confirm with us before sending the item.
- The product must be returned complete, unused and in original shrink
wrap.
- We reserve the right to levy a 10% restocking charge for returned
goods and third-party transaction charges.
- The original product must be returned, no returned imports or copies
thank you.
Faulty Product Returns
Every product returned as being faulty will be sent to our head office
for testing to confirm that there is a fault. We advise you to check the
item on a second device before returning the product, as we will not accept
the return of a product that is incompatible with your hardware.
- If our test centre determines that the product is not faulty it will
be returned to you with a postage charge not exceeding £2.00.
- If the product is found to be faulty you will be sent a replacement.
Please note:
- We are unable to provide technical support on any products we supply
- You must ensure that the product will run on your device before purchasing
it, as we cannot be responsible for any incompatibilities with your system.
- Please note that we can not be held responsible for any losses which occur due to a third party delivery system. So we recommend that you insure the goods you return. As we will not refund goods that we don't receive.
